Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Matchup Room ("we", "us") is operated by Point Made LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. You can reach us at matchuproom@gmail.com. By creating an account or using Matchup Room at app.matchuproom.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy Premium. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in.

3. What Matchup Room is, and isn't

Matchup Room provides grades, projections, rankings and analysis for season-long fantasy football, built from public football data and our own models. It's information and opinion for entertainment. Projections are estimates and will often be wrong: players get hurt, game plans change, and football is random.

• We don't guarantee any result, including that following our calls will win you a matchup, a league or any money.
• Matchup Room is not betting or gambling advice, and it is not a sportsbook or a fantasy contest. Don't use it to make wagers you can't afford to lose.
• Matchup Room isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any team, player, or any fantasy platform. Team and player names are used only to identify them.

4. Premium, billing and renewal

Some features require Premium. Prices are shown before you buy and are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

• Monthly ($4.99/month): a subscription that renews automatically every month and charges your payment method until you cancel.
• Season pass ($14.99 for the 2026 season): a single payment that gives Premium through the end of the current NFL season (the day after the Super Bowl). It does not renew.
• Promo codes (for example, a creator's code) change the price only as described when you apply them, can't be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. If the price of your monthly plan changes, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan anytime, online, in a few clicks: tap your account button, then Manage billing, then cancel. You'll keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except as described in section 6.

6. Refunds

If you're not happy, email matchuproom@gmail.com within 7 days of your first Premium purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per person. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we refund a season pass, Premium ends when the refund is issued.

7. Fair use

Your account is for your own personal use. Please don't:

• share your account, resell access, or republish our Premium grades, breakdowns or data in bulk;
• scrape, copy or download the Service with bots or automated tools, or try to get around the free/Premium limits;
• attack, overload or try to break into the Service or other people's accounts.

Sharing individual calls and the share cards we make for that purpose, with credit to Matchup Room, is welcome.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.

8. Our content and outside data

The Service, including our grades, write-ups, design and code, belongs to Point Made LLC. Some underlying data comes from third parties under their own licenses (for example, nflverse and FTN Data under CC-BY-SA 4.0); those sources are credited in the app, and their licenses apply to their data.

9. Changes and availability

We're always improving Matchup Room, so features may change. We try to keep the Service running, especially on game days, but we can't promise it will always be available, on time or error-free. If we make important changes to these Terms, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Point Made LLC won't be liable for any indirect or consequential losses (like lost fantasy winnings, prizes or bets), and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most things can be fixed quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
